Gal with a thing for love stories.

The name is Grace Deavin (pronounced De-Vinn). I became a celebrant because I wanted to find a job that would light me up and surround myself with love. It wasn’t until I’d married my first couple that I knew I’d struck GOLD. Marrying lovers is the most exhilarating experience and to put it simply - I’m completely obsessed. What better or more fun job in the world than to be with happy people on their happiest day, and the privilege of playing a part in creating a sacred memory that will last a life time.

What sets me apart? My TOP priority is getting to know you, and creating a ceremony that reflects you as a couple to a T. I put work into making sure everyone feels at ease, welcome and included. I am your number one hype girl, cheerleader, idea bouncer and organisation queen so everything runs smoothly on the day.

One of my core values is inclusivity and I am a firm believer in love and equality for all! Any guys, gals or non-binary pals wanting to marry another consenting and legally able human of any description, you’ve come to the right place.

Outside of a celebrating love with passion and gusto, I’m also a dietitian. My interests include bottomless brunches, yoga, book club, cheeseboard assembly, thrift shopping, laughing at my own jokes and exploring the world with my adventure buddy/husband Matty.
